ahh man its has been a long week lol.. too bad the week is not even over yet.. so yeah today i bought some of those strips.. its on the second to last block( is that good).. i'm not sure of exactly what it means.. i'm sure somebody will explain this to me.. and also how often am i supposed to do it.. but yeah i've been working hard all week.. going to the gym for an hr 1/2 everyday but my weight loss is starting to slow down.. which by the way i hate.. whenever i cheat or just start.. i always loose so much more weight in the beginning.. its discouraging.. but dont get me wrong doesnt mean that i'm gonna cheat or anything... i think about it sometimes..but only for a couple mins and then i'm over it.. but anyways how is everybody else doing.. any tips so i can start loosing a lil more per week

jo when its all the way up it mean your body is in the burning fat mode.mean your body is using the fat for energy.change your work out routine.
