Yes! A nice little drop today.
I seem to have found a workaround for the knee problem which has stuffed my cardio program. I've jacked up the number of reps of pushups, chins, rows, medicine ball situps and other assorted nasties. This has enabled me to to get a 1291 calorie burn at the gym today. Just means more gym time and that is the one resource at my disposal. :)
