First day I've actually been able to eat. My stomach has been bothering me since Sunday night. Today I'm still feeling nauseous occasionally but I managed to eat when my stomach was in a hungry mode. Hopefully the real food helps!

Sometimes it is necessary to do a check-in on the food we eat. I used to be able to eat dairy, but now it starts a crisis. Maybe it was some bad seafood, but perhaps your body is telling you "no more" on certain things. I hope you recover quickly, though, because going to work when you feel ill just sucks.🤢

I get what you're saying! I learned in college I couldn't do dairy anymore. I think my stomach issues are related to some new medicine I'm taking - feeling a little better this morning! I hope you're doing well! ❤️
