A year ago, a FS buddy of mine posted a small bitty about a specific group of her friends that yo-yo the same 10-15 pounds throughout the seasons. When I read that, I thought, "Not me. I'm on a stable, downward slope. I'm a firm loser!" Reality check: 1 year ago today, I weighed 5 lbs less. I'm not a loser.
So... I'm checking in today - as my pants are sliding into the plumbers crack region, I'm motivated to work on my diet once again. Today is day 2 of cutting the garbage. It usually takes me 3-4 days to detox from sugar, and at least 10 days to establish a healthy routine. Hopefully, with a little focus, I can slowly fit back into my skinny jeans.
