This weekend was not a good one. I was snacking... I felt out of control. This usually happens when I am under pressure. I have decided to try extended fasting from tonight to reap the health benefits of autophagy. My daily IF is anytime between 16 to 24 hrs. I did ADF last year but was not consistent. This year, I am taking small gains at a time. NSV...1. Daily exercise for at least 30 minutes for 5 days...I am already on 47 days of my fitness challenge....This year, I can stay committed to my health. 2. My my 1st weight loss milestone is to reach 60kg. I am focused on reaching it. I have 2,5kg to go. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
