Just walked for 52 minutes on my lunch break for 3.18 miles with a loss of 465 calories! I'm one of those people who sit at a desk all day so it's nice to get out and get fresh air on my lunch break. I, along with two coworkers, also do one set of squats, lunges, sit-ups, or planks etc every hour on the hour for our 8 hour day. So on any given day I may do 200 sit-ups throughout my work day. Trying to squeeze the most workout possible out of my day.

That's impressive!!! I do odd work outs in odd time as well. I boil eggs in the morning and instead of watching them boil lol I do jumping jacks or something :)

Jumping jacks are awesome. They get your heart rate going pretty fast. I like to do those at work too. Luckily my job is VERY laid back so my boss just laughs when he sees us squatting or laying on the floor lol. We also try to do the stairs (14 floors) a couple of times a week.
