Back to exercising on Monday, and then on the road to Memphis on Tuesday for our youngest granddaughter's 5th birthday. So, it has been an "off-the-diet" kind of 2 days. Our granddaughter wanted to eat at that "Chinese restaurant that serves green Jello". All of us went to a Chiness buffet that does have really good food. Enough said. Then, birthday cake. Drove back today, and start the regimen again on Thursday. Everyone have a wonderful week. Just trying to catch up. :)
