My wife’s Birthday night and still can able to retain calorie deficit and I am not sure about tomorrow because we are going to restaurant for her Birthday 😬

My birthday was yesterday. 3 days before that I was on the OMAD diet and lost 2kg. The menu was vegetarian salads, baked sea bream, shrimps, raw cake, rice & vegetables. I had Chardonnay. All of the above didn't exceed 1600 calories. Tonight we'll have guests again, ☺️ and I'm planning gluten free Mexican dinner....Portion control and calorie count. One of the reasons to come back to FS at this time of the year. :)

Oh that’s really really wonderful 😊🙌. It’s better to add some veggies and fruits Cos they fill up really well with very less calories but nutrient dense and fibre rich. Hey @Margatyna, I am really curious to know if shrimp falls under vegetarian. Sorry if I have asked anything wrong.

Thanks for the wishes! About shrimp or fish, no they are not vegetarian.
