I forgot to share since last week I started walking outdoors during my break time it takes 5 minutes each to get out and get inside so I m barely making 20 minutes walking. 😊😊😊 Got some vitamin D during morning not in my afternoon shifts.

Any steps are better than none. When working, walk When you can, even if a short distance. Sunshine looks amazing! ☀️
