Diagnosed with Gr3 Osteoarthritis in my right knee after having debilitating (at times) stiffness and pain for more than a year now. Part of treatment is weight loss and healthy lifestyle, so I am fired up to achieve more to slow down this process. Age is not for sissies is what they say… 💪🏼😅
