ok....so went to the gym early this morning with fiancee and mutual friend. First time going...wasn't sure what to expect and how I would feel doing "real" exercise, as opposed to the walking I normally do...but i think I did good! 30 minutes on one of those machines that acts like you're skiing lol The tops of my thighs were burning after that..oy. Then some stretching and then went to weights. Started at 45 lbs for a couple of the machines...by arms felt like gumby...weird. Then on the last machine did 25 lbs, it was a relief. lol Then went in the sauna...by myself... :( The boys went to theirs. Starting feeling nauteous so exited to find them ready to go. Felt good, got a shower in, kids woke up, then I felt exhausted. Snuck a nap in while kids climbed all over me watching Dora :D and feel loads better now!!! Tomorrow morning Glenn and I will go again and keep it lighter, walking the treadmill. :) I'm really proud of our progress and I enjoy working out with fiancee..we don't do enough together, just the 2 of us. So I really look forward to going with him tomorrow just the 2 of us, without brandon. :D
