This app really hates the native aspect ratio of my Canon 5D Mark II, so it turns everything into a square! Anyway, so I've decided to finally start lifting. Day 2, 3x12 3x/day. Meh. Once I get in the habit I'm usually good, but it usually takes a couple of weeks to get into the habit. We'll see! I used to do 2 workouts, 90 minutes each a day back in college, might like to get back to that intensity, but starting slow.
