Struggling with exercise after falling down 8 flights of stairs head first, injuring right wrist, right knee, right ankle and nasty bump on right eyebrow requiring overnight visit in hospital early January 24. Visiting an orthopaedic surgeon next week to organise operation/s. My lovely partner has improvised a Totalgym setup to accommodate my current handicaps and very optimistic about recovering ❤️🩹 ASAP.
