Well, time to own up. How I've been avoiding this. I have been getting on the scale, just not posting results here.
After 10 weeks of hard graft and losing something like a stone, I took nearly a month off exercising five days a week and keeping my food diary. Add a few binge days (wine, cheesecake, ice cream) and not enough movement and presto, a gain. A big one.
Not sure how much is water or what-have-you. Not sure it matters. What matters is my need to renew my commitment and get disciplined. *sigh* ... *heavy sigh*
