Happy November FS friends! I hope your October was as successful as mine, stayed under 20 carbs and 1500 calories most every day. November is a bit more of a challenge with Thanksgiving coming up. But we can do it!! My blood sugar was 83 this morning, BP was 168/79, and the idiot box dropped 3 pounds this morning after not budging all week. We'll see if that lasts for my official weigh in tomorrow. Working on a healthier me!
