stlg 1 bln lbh, dr IF 16-8, Defkal, WO, no gula,tepung,nasi,mnyk,grngn,santen, makan rebus dan sayur, akhirnya bs turun 7kg, PR masih banyak, krn niat awal supaya badan SEHAT, semua NORMAL, smg tetap konsisten^^
