Thank you for your response. I'll try that I'm amazed at how helpful this tablet has been in just one week but the side effects are so bad on some days. I mostly have dizziness and its like I cant think clearly. The insomnia went away after 2 days

It made me ill and I stopped it. I am on an eating plan and I lost 60kg so far.

I had severe migraines due high blood pressure. Took 2 days off for my BP to return to normal. I was irritable, and had no appetite at all. Felt worse than the food aversions I had while pregnant. Not for me.

Am at such a weight plateau, maybe this would work 🤔

What are the worst side effects? I'm only on day 1 of it and fine so far...would be nice to know what to expect in the next few days. 🤔

When you feel the side effects getting bad, drink a glass of water. I found it helped me a lot.

Duromine is very good for weight loss but I started getting heart palpitations from it and it has been a recurring thing for the past 12 years. A few months after I took it I blew up, within a year I gained 23kgs,and everyone I knew that took it gained once they stopped. i don't think it's beneficial in the long run based on experience and that of others. I tried diet pills but they were quick fixes for me unfortunately. I hope this finds you well as I wouldn't want you to endure what I did and do regarding palpitations up until this day.

Duromine really kills your appetite, but I got heart palpitations, headaches, mood swings & dizziness. So I stopped taking them.

Hi there, I take it every 2 days and still find it to be effective

I have experienced no side effects on the 15mg dosage but it was really bad when I was on 30mg. The lack of sleep, heart palpitations and mood swings were hectic

Thank you everyone for your comments. Every second day seems to be helping with side effects, but they are still there and sometimes linger even on the days I haven't taken it (mostly the dizziness) I know I'm eating enough so it's not that. I think it's the tablets that's still in my system. I think I'll go back to my doctor, I might suggest a lower dosage.

On day 7 of Duromine and all side effects are almost gone. Little flutter of heart every now and then. At this stage it's dry mouth, feel like a teenager experimenting on a night out, that's how dry it is. On almost 3 litres of water a day but sure that will pass.

Years ago I was on duramine. It affected my mood very badly....nearly hurt my kids...never again. No quick fixes, only patience and consistency
