Happy New Day Best Buddies!
So, Hell Week continues...today is my day off. I survived days One, Two and Three (barely!)
I woke up with a slight wheeze yesterday morning, took my medicine and hoped for the best - but it definitely slowed me down! It was not the workout itself or fatigue. It is the sinus issue that plagues me from time to time and makes the cardio portion harder...BUT I persevered and finished the workout with heavy weights!
Now, three more workouts to go culminating on Halloween...Halloween is my favorite day! In fact, it is my wedding anniversary! WooHoo!
