And, next week at Orange Theory Fitness it is HELL WEEK! For those of you who may remember, HELL WEEK requires attendance six days out of seven. They do "specialty" workouts to kill us...LOL. Sunday is "Nightmare on Plank Street" so you can guess what the trainers will be up to doing!
