I have been reading some journals and got to thinking about ***CHANGE***

Years ago, there were two psychologists who worked with people in a smoking cessation program. They wrote a scholarly paper about their observations of how people change. It is not rocket science, but they listed the stages of change.

Very interesting chart. I'm in process of considering some non-weight loss related changes and I can see how a very similar process has been at work in my mind. Weight loss wise I was somewhere in the first 3 steps for a very long time before action finally occurred. Don't ever want to go back to that point.
