Spanish Keto Mediterranean diet- mix of keto with Mediterranean diet additions. Very good for cholesterol and blood pressure reduction.
I can offer one food suggestion- canned mackerel near the tuna in the shops. Absolutely delicious!!
I can also advise, avoid canned sardines, they taste awful!! And I love all other fish 😆

Try that with intermittent fasting i.e. missing one or two meals a day. Plateau breaker!

Calories in and calories out is the only way, make sure to eat high volume low calorie foods, and be in a calorie deficit. To loose 1kg you need to burn 7000 calories, realistically you can work with a 500 calorie deficit and loose 0.5kg a week. Incorporate walking everyday for 45 minutes and you WILL see results

This protein ketogenic diet was called "Spanish Ketogenic Mediterranean Diet" (SKMD) due to the incorporation of virgin olive oil as the principal source of fat, moderate red wine intake, green vegetables and salads as the main source of carbohydrates and fish as the main source of proteins.

I have lost 1.9 kg this week so I am super happy. I am STRUGGLING with the meals. I hate salmon, tolerate tuna, like sardines once in a while. Looking to changing to IF with a much more balanced approach because this SKMD is not going to be sustainable for me. Husband coping very well but he loves all the choices. I feel nauseous after most meals 😬 - I am thrilled that I have had extremely low carbs and I am coping. Carbs have always been my downfall and now after a week I don’t even miss them.
