This weekend was CARBS all the way.. had all sorts of cakes couldnt control myself! The one thing that im happy about was that I was totally sick afterwards.. very nauseous. Im glad i felt that way as it was my bodys way of rejecting it. Im back on track from 2morrow and hope to feel much better. Also I should do some form of exercise. I really want to go bike riding but unfortunately Its not safe anywhere even though I stay in a good suburb. I dont really enjoy doing exercise on equipment(elliptical)
