can you please help me with my weight I am 92 kg this is the heaviest I ever been

I used to weigh 87 kg. Calorie counting, balancing macronutrients, slow weight loss of 2-3 kg per month, incorporating regular low-intensity physical activity, reducing stress, improving sleep, and finding enjoyable hobbies helped me. Regarding food, I find success in consuming regular items like meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, bread, dairy, and eggs, preparing meals three times a day. I don't exclude desserts; I don't categorize food as good or bad – I eat when I'm hungry and skip when I'm not. It's advisable to minimize alcohol to avoid overeating and reduced activity the next day. When dining out, I opt for meat with salad or fish with vegetables.
