Hi everyone. I'm new to this app, not new to calorie counting. I'm 2 months post op surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and I was referred to this app by my ENT doctor. I'm a stay at home mom and sleep and boredom are my biggest barriers. I'm hoping to make small sustainable changes now. 🙏
