Getting ready to have my 1st iron infusion on Friday, having trouble with low iron.
I can't absorb iron from food or vitamins.
so that's why I choose a high protein diet.
focus more on protein and keeping my carbs to 50-150 per day. so with all my health issues I now have to live this way. But you know the saying "It is what it is"
and you change it so we must learn to deal with it and learn to live our lives the best we can. Good luck for all the people who support me through this journey.
