Tomorrow I am starting a new diet called 'lite n easy.' It is a 1200 calorie per day meal plan that is prepared and delivered to you on a weekly basis, all individually packaged and ready to go. I decided to do this diet to control my eating as do not have to think about 'what I feel like' and have the option of picking naughty food. Each meal is all individually packaged and marked for each day with a snack for morning and afternoon tea. You order your meals online each week so you can get variety and the meals you want but still stay on your calorie intake.
I am also getting back into my weights program now. I will do weights 3 times per week and keep up my boxing class which I have been doing twice per week. I also want to get back into my morning walk/jog routine now that it is spring and not so cold in the mornings - no more excuses.
My aim (dream)is to lose about 12-13 kgs and have a nice toned size 10 :)body!!
