Wonderful day! We bought a scale that will weigh me and I was pleasantly surprised by the numbers. My starting weight was the weight I had at my doctors office a week ago, just by limiting the junk (i.e. cookies, pop tarts, ice cream...) I am already seeing results. This is so much different than all the other times that I have lost weight. I did not get back up to my heaviest weight and was determined that I would make the decision to change my ways before I did. When I could not wear any of my jeans it became time to start working. I have been wanting to do this for a while but running out of clothes and choosing not to replace them with larger sizes will get some motivation going. I will be so excited the day that I can run around in the yard with my 2 and 4 year old boys without getting out of breath or hurting or just feeling so tired that all I can do is lay down on the couch.
