Yesterday I spent over 5 hours on the road traveling...I was not able to exercise...but I beleive I did quite well to stay within my eating limits. Today, I woke with a headache....but I am determined to get 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 - 20 minutes of weights.

Bone Mass - 4.8
60.5 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
