Almost every day, I weigh myself in the morning, then weigh myself just a few minutes later, and maybe I’ve lost another pound! How can that be? 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩

But, seriously, the after-poop weight is usually around .6 to 1.2 pounds less (.3 to .6 kilos, more or less. Once it was two pounds less (nearly a kilo).
