Yesterday was my first day back on my exercise kick. I think I did fairly well. However it was quite obvious to my body that I had not touched weights in a week. Today I will try to get in an evening workout since I have a 3 hour drive to and from New Jersey.

Body Fat - 23.8
Muscle Mass - 41.5
Body Water - 58.0
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs.

61.1 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
