So finally back home after a week of eating bad while out of town. I crave sweets in a big way a lot of the time and it's very frustrating.. I still have yet to find a way to get rid of those cravings.. I wish they would just go away!! Sugar is probably my biggest downfall.. if I could find a way to cut most to all the sugar out of my diet, save what comes from fresh fruit, I think I would drop weight quickly!!
