Es camote, lo cocine primero en la freidora 25 min a 380 asi completo (le pique hoyitos con un tenedor), después lo corte en cubitos, le eche aceite en spray, sal, pimienta y volví a meterlo a la freidora de aire por 12 min a 400F :)
