Sebelumnya udah ngikutin bodyfit by bagus yg 15 menit, skrg coba yang durasi 30 menit.
Coba coba ngikutin emy wong tapi badan ga kuat, pegel semua euy 🥴

aku jg ga kuat ngikutin workout nya emi wong apalg chloe ting 😭mngkin krn pemula jg jd hrsnya olga yg low impact aja biar ga kaget badanya. ngikutin bodyfit aja aku awalnya badan sakit2 skrng udh mulai terbiasa

Iya sama kak aku juga coba sekali emi wong yg durasi 10 menit yang tanpa lompat, paha dan perut sakit semua malah buat olahraga lagi rasanya badan loyo. Jadi balik lagi aja ke bodyfit by bagus kayaknya ngak ngoyo bgt ya. Hehehe jadi prinsipnya konsisten dulu aja 😆😆
