It may be your beliefs that require a second look. Emotions and thoughts are important. They create the action... but under it all are your beliefs. If you *really* believe you are worth the body you have always dreamed of, if you really believe you are capable of achieving that goal, if you believe that pleasure (eating yummy food) is not happiness... pleasure is pleasure. Happiness is a form of self-love and inner peace. What do you believe about yourself? Are you worth it? Can you do it? The answer is yes, but only if you believe it.
