Yay you!!! Good job! I did Walmart shopping, my 30 minute dumbbell and HIIT WO plus, took a 30 minute walk. About to food prep while watching Netflix. It’s rainy and chilly, went from 80s last week to 50s this week in Arkansas. 🍁
