So I fell off the wagon for awhile. I was getting really tired of this intense preoccupation with my diet anyway, and then work hit. For a couple of weeks there, I was working 12-14 hours a day. Major crunch-time. Obviously, there was barely time for me to remember to shower, let alone think about food and cooking.
I indulged in pizza, popcorn, chocolate, and other junk food. Last weekend I finally went on a much needed and deserved vacation that was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed.
Now I'm back, work is still hectic but not quite as bad, and I'm starting to think about weight loss again. I can't quite say I'm back on the wagon quite yet, but even if I'm gonna eat junk I'm at least going to keep track of the food I eat and my weight. During the last month and some, I haven't been tracking, making YouTube videos, or even weighing myself.
I gained about 5 pounds.
I'll start off slow again and we'll see how it goes!
