some advice on sugar spikes. rub castor oil in your
belly button. eat
low gi foods as you eat less during the day. If you snack, it cuts that need down. I went from Hba1c of 11 to now about 6.

I also buy Tony ferguson desserts like their chocolate shake and have it as an after dinner treat... it's yummy. lost 5kg since July whilst bringing my hba1c down.

my husband literally eats 1500 calories a meal whilst I do 500. i had to tell him to stop telling me to eat more as my goal is to be thinner and healthier and lol sexier

hi i also have pcos insulin resistance, so i understand your struggle, i also experience depression and aniexty, im currently taking pcositol,berberine, acv and doing atleast 10000 steps a day, im not weighing myself but im definitely losing centimeters and im feeling great. remember high cortisol levels and high intensity exercises can spike insulin/glucose levels. Please be kind to yourself💗
