Trying to stay at or around 1500 calories a day, low sugar and low fat. My endurance coach would love it if I went to the 80/10/10 diet which is 80% carb(all fruit), 10% protein, 10% fat.. and for me to give up all animal protein.. but I don't see myself doing that.. although I have increased my fruit intake and decreased my meat intake.. Right now I have goals to focus on water intake, daily exercise, and 4-6 regular small meals.. about 300 to 400 calories each.. when i stick to it, it keeps cravings for bad stuff down or away completely. How about you?
