Well, a new record again... 138 lbs... looks sweet! (=
I am expecting it to go up for the next few days, that is how it usually goes... so I will do my best with the food... and exercising is still in the queue... I just need to get moving!
I walked outside yesterday for 3.5hrs... so I did not exercise, but maybe today?!... who knows! I do want to have fabulous abs for the next summer and look better than ever... and I have plenty of time.. so if I start today, I will reach that goal faster and then maintain!

The closer I get to my 2nd goal the more confident I am and excited, I know I will do this... my pics show the improvement and I am so glad that I started taking those pics when I felt very uncomfortable... today I can say "this was me be fore eww..." and feel good about it!

You did a good job keeping those records, I feel sorry that I didn't do that when I started. Excellent losses lately but, I think you may be right, it's not sustainable, so don't let it bother you when your weight bounces back up a little. Just record the gain(s) immediately as you have been doing lately. I'm guessing that the final goal is 125.

For now, the final goal is 135 lbs... but I am afraid if I reach 135 lbs too quickly and still don't look the best... that I might go a few more pounds down... but right now I am not thinking that far. Lol.. my goal was to get to 140 lbs... and that is achieved, my next goal is to get toned, sexy and to build the 6 pack if I may say lol... for next summer. So.. u see... good luck to me, I better start now!!!
