I weighed this morning and was so happy, I almost didn't record it because I'm afraid it's just a fluke but I did record the 160 and I can't wait to see the 150s. I'm going so slow but by being slow maybe I'll be so adjusted to eating this way when I hit my goal it will seem natural. It's pretty natural now, I'd still like to eat 4 or 5 peaches today but I know I can't that's why there is only one in the house. And sometime today I will have some of it.
I am craving ice cream a little that's why I don't keep it in the house. My DH buys chocolate ice cream sometimes but even though I love chocolate I'm not crazy about chocolate ice cream so that works for me.
Has anyone bought the KetoDiet App to use along with FS? If so what do you think about it? I've read some about it but it doesn't seem to be as complete as FS. I did like that the free page helped me calculate my macros I was having a hard time understanding that. Numbers have never been my thing maybe that's why I hate the scale haha.
