I need help I've been reading on a Keto sight and it says you should go by how many grams of protein and grams of carbs and then fat. I thought going by percentage was the correct thing. Could someone explain what's correct to me because if it's grams I'm way low on my protein. Thanks for any help.

This is something I found the other day to help you figure out your numbers. http:// ketodietapp.com /Blog /page /KetoDiet-Buddy Copy and paste that but connect it together. I spaced it so FatSecret wouldn't leave part of it out (like the usually do).

I usually go by percentages instead of grams because grams doesn"t account for my calorie limits - they say as long as you are under 30% protein, with lowest carbs and the rest fats. you should be OK

You definitely need to go by grams for carb intake. Most people can't stay in ketosis over 50g of carbs.

Mom thanks for the sight it helped me understand a lot. I'm really good at keeping my carbs at 20g or less and not too far off on protein and fat but I will pay closer attention. I need to reduce my calories a bit but I'm understanding better.
HCB from the chart on the site that mon gave me your right on with the 30% protein.
I'm trying to get this right without it being too complacated since I want it to be a way of life. Thank you all so much.
