I did a mini vacation in LA this weekend. I didn't eat everything but I also didn't eat completely healthy...I am back to reality and will be back to working out today. I'm not going to be so hard on myself about this minimum gain.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
