Re-start day! I always make myself start on Monday, and I know some people think that's bad but I am a little OCD and it works well for me. "A new beginning".
I met a new friend a couple of weeks ago who recently lost 80lbs; she said it was 90% diet and 10% exercise. So, today I begin (again). How many 'beginnings' will it take until I make it work?
I went grocery shopping last night and I recently bought myself a pair of Nike Free runners and I am going to use them. It's raining today but I still want to go for a run tonight, I love rain. I just don't want to wreck my pretty shoes!
I have started my day with a Venti Skinny Caramel Machiatto and a homeless man talking to me about poodles. Think skinny, think skinny, think skinny. I can do this. I CAN control what I pick up and put in my mouth. It's a choice, and I need to make the right one. Let's see how long this takes!
