Hit 181.8 this morning after workout and hydration. I am so close to my original goal of 180, it feels good.

I'm not so sure I'll hit my goal of 175, only because of increased muscle mass, but it should still be possible.

I really want to focus now on getting my body fat percentage down around 8-10%, I figure I'm at about 14-15% right now judging from other people's pics online.

Anyway, that's about it. Have a great weekend FS!
82.5 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
