I've been taking tumeric curcumin extract capsules for about a week now along with cinnamon, and the results are amazing. Pain/soreness in my hips is gone, there is less aching and numbness in my left leg, and minor arthritis I had in one thumb isn't noticeable now. Big thanks to Frosty Heimdall for posting about it in his journal, that's what motivated me to try it. Hopefully the good results will continue. I'm going to give a few weeks supply to my mother and see if it helps with her arthritis.

I got them from Amazon. They're Vita Breeze Pure Tumeric Curcumin C3 Complex with BioPerine, 750mg, 180 capsules, taking 2 capsules/day. Let's see if this link goes through:

Interesting - I have been taking magnesium for the muscle soreness. I suppose the tumeric is anti-inflamatory

I think that muscle pain caused by lack of magnesium - especially noticeable if we dump a lot of fluids/do keto or low carb sorts- is def fixed by magnesium. (and lots of us are deficient in magnesium) I need it for restless leg , helps my anxiety and leg aches, but pain caused by joint inflammation is def helped by tumeric/curcumin.
