Just spent a good 15min in the bathroom crying. I can’t believe I’m 20kg overweight. I no longer have clothes that fit me anymore. I hate the way my body looks in the mirror. I really don’t know what to do anymore

Girl, I also need to lose 20kg to be my normal weight! Also picked up 20kg over 4 years. I also cried because the clothes didn't fit anymore! I so feel your struggle!
