I think I've hit my plateau, though I know I am still losing fat. Probably just replacing it with muscle now.
An interesting new development has started happening, my wedding ring has been flying off lately, telling me my fingers aren't as fat.
The extra notch I went up on my watch is now comfortable as opposed to slightly tight.
Things are looking good! Weight is just a number.
I just wish I knew what my body fat percentage is.
