Well that’s a little more of what I was expecting. Not sure what yesterday’s “blip” was all about. But it does highlight one of the reasons that is might be a good idea to weigh in multiple times per week. Had I not weighed in again until next week I may have concluded that I am gaining or at least “plateauing”. But instead, it looks like it may have been more to do with poor sleep or a little extra sodium on the weekend.
Eat something good, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
