Well, the bag is sold by weight, not “fullness” so there’s that. We do understand that they put air into the bags to prevent damage during shipping, yes? Same with chips, crackers, etc. 😉
Anyway, I’ve spent around $5-8 dollars per box depending on what discounts were available at the time of ordering. The standard cereal we also buy for the kids is only a dollar or three cheaper. But so are the ingredients that it’s made with.
If I then had to add in a protein source to the regular cereal to make them comparable, the cost would likely be quite similar. So for me, the price seems alright for what I am getting. 😎
