My birthday was yesterday! I'm now in my "mid-twenties" which is a bit scary, lol. I didn't hit my goal weight of 165lbs but I'm at 167.5 which isn't too bad either. I'm proud of myself. I'm sure I would've gotten to 165 had I gone to the gym more often in the last 10 days. I've been catching up at work since I took a trip to Chicago and before I take my next vacation which starts today so yeah....no excuses but I've been working really late.
My friends are coming into town tomorrow and while their visit makes it more likely for me to over drink and overeat, we will also be walking around a lot and I'm going to make sure we go hiking and see the outdoorsy side of California.
Next week I'm back in the gym for sure! Until then I'll continue to make good food choices and hopefully I can get to 165lbs by the end of the month! Wish me luck.
